       本文以屏東縣佳興部落自主典藏的行動研究為分析對象，該計畫係以近
用、參與為核心概念，透過學術單位、民間組織與原鄉部落的合作，建立原
住民數位典藏。部落數位典藏主體的佳興部落，保有排灣族的古調歌謠、耆
老紋手、木雕傳承，也有文史工作者致力於部落文化保存的工作。在建立佳

興部落數位典藏的過程中，本計畫發展出一套工作模式：由學界與民間組織
組成工作團隊、調查部落對數位典藏的認知與保存文化的期待、根據調查結
果建立部落數位典藏網站，逐步開始蒐集部落典藏的素材。從這個模式中，
我們也發現原住民部落典藏必須具備幾個關鍵要素：不同部門分工合作，彌
補原鄉資源不足的困境；掌握部落文化典藏的需求，使典藏成果貼近部落居
民生活；部落人士近用與參與，使典藏工作得以體現在地觀點並培力社區。
同時，我們也對現有的典藏工作進行反省，認為部落數位典藏若要能永續經
營，必須不斷與部落進行對話，而不同原住民數位典藏成果之間，也需要進
行交流與應用，才能讓數位典藏發揮其應有的人文社會影響，促進原民部落
內部、原民部落之間以及台灣不同族群的相互了解。
